This Isothermal Cover and Base are suitable for plates up to 23cm diameter, items sold serperatly. They are made of grey polypropylene and polyurethane. Both materials are very robust, yet light. The isothermal design allows to keep food hot for up to 60 minutes. The cloche also helps with protecting food, prevents flavours from escaping and odours from spreading throughout the premises. The lid also allows for the meals to be pre-prepared and stacked, ready for service. Both parts of the set are dishwasher safe.
